One of the things that makes staying at The Smoky Reserve special is that the cabin is tucked inside Shagbark — a gated community with amenities that give guests even more ways to relax, play and enjoy the mountains.

The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, typically from 9 AM to 9 PM. The community also includes pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, a park with a fitness trail and dog park, frisbee golf, cornhole, a playground, picnic pavilion and a rentable community center.

It all pairs especially well with the quieter setting of the cabin itself: you can have a full day of mountain fun, then come back to your own private deck, hot tub and wooded views.
